<p>One thing I meant to ask Kyle is what would happen to someone if they chose not to eat a mostly healthy diet and disregarded it as a priority. I want to scare a couple people:) Here&#8217;s what he wrote back:</p>
<p>&#8220;Your joints deteriorate, your body loses the ability to metabolize food, cancer cells grow, your arteries clog&#8230; Eventually you can&#8217;t do the things you love, then you die sooner than you would have &#8212; maybe 30 years or so.&#8221;</p>
<p>So on that note I&#8217;m off to buy some veggies!</p>
